POTATO STOCKS HELD BY PROCESSORS – 2008 CROP
The information requested on this form is needed around the 7th day of each reporting month for the inclusion of your data in the potato stocks report to be released about the 15th of each month. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law; however, cooperation is very important in order to accurately estimate stocks of potatoes in Idaho. Your report will be kept confidential and used only in estimating the quantity of potatoes stored in Idaho and the United States.

Please list your “IN” contracts (potatoes that you have weighed, graded and taken possession of) and “out” contracts (potatoes that have not been weighed or graded and are still in the farmer’s storage) separately. Don’t forget those potatoes stored at the plant. Include all raw potatoes on hand for the reporting date even though some of these potatoes may be sold for fresh market.
Return the “Forwarding Copy” each month, using the enclosed envelope with our return address. The form marked “Copy For Your Files” is provided for your record of the data sent. |
