(Stocks only – Annual)			Instructions: Report total quantities of potatoes, regardless of ownership, in each cellar, including: (a) potatoes sold but not delivered; (b) quantities to be sold for fresh market, seed, processing, and livestock feed; (c) quantities to be used on farms where grown for food, feed, and seed; and (d) expected shrinkage after date of report of potatoes still on hand. Capacity is defined as the maximum quantity of potatoes that can be held in each storage. Your participation is voluntary, and the data you provide will be kept confidential.
