Short Statement: There is an increase of 45 hours, of which 1 hour is a program change for the addition of a new questionnaire that will be going to Mink Dealers to collect price data. The remaining is due to the inclusion of burden for the pre-survey letter/publicity materials along with the multiple mailings for non-respondents.
