for acceptance of their products submit data demonstrating their
products' compliance with Rural Development specifications that the
products are otherwise acceptable for use on rural
telecommnucations systems.

There is an increase in burden
of 317 hours. The increase is attributed to an increase in the
number of field trials and the number of reports (4 to 6 reports)
per field trial which is required. Also, burden hours for Form 399a
was omitted from the prior collection and is now accounted for
under this package.
