Abstract: The proposed changes for Determining Stakeholder Awareness and the Use of Impact of Products Developed by the Evaluation of Genomic Applications in Practice and Prevention Model Project include a rescheduling of information collections and reduction of number of survey topics, minor editorial changes to enhance survey interface and comprehension, and an update of information collection instruments on RegInfo.gov. There is a slight reduction in burden hours.
