collections and reduction of number of survey topics, minor
editorial changes to enhance survey interface and comprehension,
and an update of information collection instruments on RegInfo.gov.
There is a slight reduction in burden hours.

an overall slight reduction in burden hours. The estimated response
time was reduced from 10 to 8 minutes through the elimination of
some questions, resulting in a reduced burden estimate. An error
showing 0 burden hours on the Purchaser Survey in the original ICR
has been corrected.
