Justification of 83-C Submission Affecting the Notice of Denial of Medical Coverage (NDMC) and Notice of Denial of Payment (NDP) Collection Instruments
Due to numerous requests and the need to properly serve an expanding Hispanic Medicare clientele, we propose to translate the Notice of Denial of Medical Coverage (NDMC) and the Notice of Denial of Payment (NDP) into Spanish (OMB approval number 0938-0829). This translation in no way results in changing the original language, meaning, purpose or parameters for using the NDMC or the NDP.
