OTS would like to apologize for not submitting this ICR in a timely manner. OTS realizes that OMB usually requires a thirty day comment period and another thirty days to review a submission. Due to OTS' inability to submit the above-mentioned collection in a timely manner, OTS is requesting that OMB reduce their review time to less than thirty days. This will allow OTS and the Agencies to receive the same approval dates.
If OTS does not receive an OMB approval by March 31, 2009, OTS will not be able to collect data on the revised Schedules which would hamper OTS' abilities to implement new collection requirements, as needed by new policies.
