Abstract: The Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve this submission as extension of a delegated authority information collection under OMB Control No. 3060-0944 titled, “Cable Landing License Act – 47 CFR 1.767; 1.768; Executive Order 10530.” With this submission, the Commission is clearly stating and clarifying the rule sections and information collection requirements that are contained in this information collection.
