This collection is approved with the following terms of clearance: NEA is approved an emergency clearance for the collection to meet the American Reinvestment Recovery Act requirements. This collection will be valid for 180 days. If NEA decides to use the form past the approved emergency clearance timeframe, they must resubmit to OMB under the normal PRA clearance process for a three year approval.

For support of projects undertaken by non-profit organizations and state and regional arts agencies to preserve jobs in the arts.
To conform with the expedited nature of the Recovery Act and provide Recovery Act funds to benefit ground-level constituents as soon as possible. The NEA is requesting OMB approval within 24 hours of submission of this ICR.
