Abstract: For support of projects undertaken by non-profit organizations and state and regional arts agencies to preserve jobs in the arts.

Emergency Justfication: To conform with the expedited nature of the Recovery Act and provide Recovery Act funds to benefit ground-level constituents as soon as possible. The NEA is requesting OMB approval within 24 hours of submission of this ICR.
