New rules require mutual funds to
submit interactive data with any registration statement or
post-effective amendment on Form N-1A that includes or amends
risk/return summary information submitted under the Securities Act
of 1933 (15 U.S.C. 77a et seq.) and the Investment Company Act of
1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a-1 et seq.). Rules also require mutual funds to
submit interactive data with form of prospectus filed pursuant to
rule 497(c) or (e) under the Securities Act of 1933.
