Abstract: The SF-424 (R&R) is the government-wide data set for research grant applications. Two components of this collection (Total Fed/Non-Fed Budget and the Subaward Budget (Fed/Non-Fed) Attachments Form are requesting minor changes to the form to allow additional budget period and additional attachments. The data collected will not change for the applicant.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
