The increase of 3 burden hours is due to rulemaking. The 30 CFR part 251.14(b)allows for permittees to extend the 25-year proprietary term for geophysical information reprocessed 20 or more years after MMS issued the germane permit. The extension request must be submitted within 90 days after completion of the reprocessing.
