Other change: **

This change follows Ginnie Mae’s Mortgage Backed Securities program Federal Register notice dated July 2, 2007. The Federal Register notice addressed new reporting requirements associated with the introduction of Ginnie Mae’s Reporting and Feedback System (RFS) which resulted in the consolidation of our monthly reporting process.

ICR 2503-0033, which was approved on September 12, 2007, included the burden hours for RFS. Attachment B of our ICR 2503-0033 submission included the details on the data elements Ginnie Mae would be collecting. While the monthly reporting process is intended to be done electronically, on occasion, some issuers may use the paper process. Therefore, Ginnie Mae has updated the 11706 form to reflect the additional data elements. The OMB control number, expiration date, and form number are reflected on the form.

The only changes that were added are on page two of the form.
