This revision supports publication of the proposed rule entitled "Reporting of Offsets Adjustments in Sales of Weapons Systems or Defense-related Items to Foreign Countries or Froeign Firms." The proposed rule would require companies to assign the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to each offset agreement. The addition of the NAICS code will make the data more useful by accurately specifying the commodity under the NAICS. This program change increases the burden hours by 90 hours.
