This randomized controlled trial has been designed to test the relative effects of a clinic intervention, a combined clinic and patient intervention, and a usual care control group on colorectal cancer (CRC) screening rates in the primary care clinics of two managed care organizations(MCO). The study will measure the primary, secondary and intermediate outcomes of the intervention.
