The Parents Speak Up National Campaign is a media campaign designed to encourage and assist parents to communicate with their children about avoiding premarital sexual intercourse. The Youth Study will survey youth of parents participating in the parent efficacy study (OMB 0990-0311) about their report of parent-child communication about the topics raised in the campaign materials.
