and the FAA Drug Enforcement Assistance Act of 1988, which is part
of Public Law 100-690, also known as the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of
1988. The respondents are the SUBJECT (FAA employees, FAA
Contractors, Pilots, or FAA job applicants) from whom additional
information is needed to complete a thorough
investigation.
