Justification for Non-substantial Change Request

JUSTIFICATION

This non-substantial change request is being submitted to OMB for review and approval due to the Cable Price Survey Questionnaire (FCC Form 333) now being available in a web-based format. The form/questionnaire was previously available to the public as an Excel spreadsheet which respondents had to fill out and email back to the Commission. The new web-based format is more user friendly and less burdensome on the public.

Therefore, there is an adjustment to the annual burden hours of -1,516 hours due to the implementation of the new web-based format of the Cable Price Survey Questionnaire.

Also, the Commission combined the Main Cable Price Survey and the Supplemental Survey into one Survey which also makes the filing of the Survey less burdensome on the public.
