Short Statement: When the FY06 forecast was prepared, we had just introduced the funtionality for US Treasury Marketable securities (10/05). At that time we had very minimal production statistics for transactions involving marketable securities, so the estimates were prepared based on this sparse data and educated guess work. For the FY09 forecast, we now have considerable statistics to prepare a more accurate estimate.
