Abstract: The Integrity of Unit Prices clause requires offerors/contractors under Federal contracts that are awarded without adequate price competition to identify supplies offered that they do not manufacture or to which they do not contribute significant value. The information will be used to determine if item costs have been distorted through overhead allocation and whether items should be considered for breakout.
