Abstract: This request seeks approval for OMB clearance for the NIH New Innovator Award (NIA) Program Process Evaluation. The data collection consists of an online survey to be completed by participants (Applicants and Awardees) and a phone survey to be completed by Extramural Reviewers. The information gathered from these surveys will document the NIA program operations and will be used as a guide to the program officers in their future strategic and management decisions.
