The purpose of the submission is to request OMB approval of changes to the information collection instrument to be used in the second wave of data collection. As indicated in the initial supporting statement for the instrument, the evaluation design calls for two rounds of follow-up information collection to assess the impacts of a married education program and support services on various domains of outcomes for adults and children.
