Abstract: The Federal Supply Service requires delivery orders under contracts in its stock, special order, and schedules programs be placed via electronic data interchange. Contractor_options will be either entering into trading partner agreements with FSS, use fascimile or the U.S. mail in order to receive delivery orders.
