The SF-424(M) is the government-wide data set for grant applications/plans and related submissions under mandatory grant programs. Federal agencies and grant applicants will use the standard data set and definitions for paper and electronic grants applicatons/plans and related submissions under mandatory grant programs. The proposed standard data set replaces numerous agency data sets and reduces the administrative burden placed on the grants community, Federal agencies will not be required to collect all of the information included in the proposed data set.
