There is an adjustment decrease of -206,962 annual responses. There is also an adjustment decrease of -709 burden hours. This change is due to previous burden hours being estimated too high. Additionally, after carefully reviewing the previous renewal that was submitted in 2007, additional burden was found in the regulations which were inadvertently omitted. The additional burden has resulted in a program change of 365 hours.
