Short Statement: This collection supports a new rule that adds a supporting document and a recordkeeping requirement for license applications to export certain technology for the development of homeland security-related items to contractors working for the governments of Israel, Mexico, Singapore or Sweden as a requirement for more favorable licensing treatment. This change will make it easier for U.S. companies to export homeland security technology to contractors working for the governments of these trusted nations.
