Abstract: This request seeks approval for OMB clearance for the NIH Director's Pioneer Award (NDPA) Program Outcome Evaluation. The data collection consists of interviewees with awardees, their lab members, and a focus group of experts. In addition, an online survey to be completed by unfunded applicants will also be conducted. The information gathered from these surveys will document outcomes from the NDPA program and will be used as a guide to the program officers in their future strategic and management decisions.
