The following listed below are revisions to the collection:
Increase in burden (respondents/responses/burden hours) is an ADJUSTMENT due to an increase in the vessel population. Population data is derived from a new Coast Guard database—MISLE. Additionally, the large increase in responses is due to the correction of an error in the calculation of that figure. In past submissions, the number of responses for recordkeeping was not included in the total number of responses for the ICR. This ICR corrects that error.
