FERC-549D (ICR # 200907-1902-010; Proposed Collection in Docket No. RM09-2) Supplemental Information for FERC Supporting Statement On 11/18/2009, the OMB Desk Officer for FERC requested supplemental information on the public comments received in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking [NOPR] on “Contract Reporting Requirements of Intrastate Natural Gas Companies” (issued 7/16/2009). [Please note that the NOPR and supporting statement were submitted to OMB on 7/31/2009, and these comments were received subsequent to that submittal to OMB.] The following list provides links to the public comments in FERC’s eLibrary, as well as the NOPR and subsequent Notice requesting comments on the standardized format.
