Explanation of Change
FHWA wants to change how the state DOT offices submit their data spreadsheets. Currently the guidance in the ARRA Reporting Requirements (reporting instructions) requests states to submit their data spreadsheets via the email address [email protected]. We want to change the guidance so that it instructs the state DOTs to submit their data using the Recovery Act Data System (RADS) in UPACS. This will not change the burden hours for the state DOTs in any way. This change in guidance allows FHWA to more efficiently and effectively process the data submitted.
