Acreage, yield, production and price estimates will soon be prepared for Oregon’s bulb onion crop.  Please help by answering the following questions and returning this form in the envelope provided. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law, but your help is needed to ensure accurate estimates. Your report will be kept confidential and used for State totals.
