Abstract: This information collection is used by EDA to evaluate and select for funding those investment proposals satisfying EDA statutory, regulatory and programmatic requirements.

Emergency Justfication: EDA requires emergency approval of the revision of its existing information collection forms to publish the regulatory changes promulgated in accordance with the TGAAA. Under these new regulations, EDA created the new CTAA Program and revised the definition of an applicant under the TAAF Program to include service sector firms (revision to OMB Control No. 0610-0091).
