Abstract: The information gathered under this data collection will be used by SAMHSA staff to determine the value-added to 20 existing adult treatment drug courts resulting from Federal funds. Value-added will be measured as reduced recidivism among participants, increased access to treatment, and higher retention rates. This information will provide SAMHSA with evidence to support future decisions regarding funding for adult treatment drug courts.
