The National Resource Centers program
provides grants to institutions of higher education (IHE) or
consortia of IHE to establish, strengthen, and operate
comprehensive and undergraduate language and area or international
studies centers. The Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowships
program provides allocations of fellowships to IHE or consortia of
IHE to assist meritorious undergraduate and graduate students
undergoing training in modern foreign languages and related area
studies, international studies, or the international aspects of
professional studies.
