This is an extension of a previously approved collection. The HUD Single Family Claims Division reported that for the fiscal year 2009 approximately 250,000 claims will be filed. However during the period of April, 2008 to March 2009, 25 actual claims involved damaged property conveyances. We are estimating this year 50 cases for damaged property conveyances.
