CDC provides funding to state, tribal, territorial, and US Pacific Island health departments to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive cancer control plans to reduce the burden of cancer locally. CDC proposes to implement an electronic MIS to collect work plans and progres reports from awardees participating in the National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.
