Form 1120-W is used by
corporations to figure estimated tax liability and the amount of
each installment payment. There are no changes to the form
previously approved by OMB. However, the burden is being updated to
more accurately reflect the individual burden for each particular
form approved under this ICR. As a result of the separation and
correction of the burden computations, we are adjusting the
estimated responses by an increase of 5,880. The total estimated
burden is also increased by 1,000 hours.
