This revised application for the Impact Aid Section 8002 program incorporates changes required by new regulations that clarify and improve the administration of the program. The application for Impact Aid Payments for Federal Property is used by Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) that have lost taxable property due to Federal activities to request financial assistance. This application is otherwise known as Impact Aid Payments for Federal Property. The Section 8003 application, formerly also included under this number, has been approved under OMB 1810- 0687.
