Abstract: The U.S. Department of Education (ED) requests an extension for the section 7002 Application for Assistance under Title VII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) as amended. This application is for the Impact Aid Payments for Federal Property for local educational agencies (LEAs) that have lost local tax revenues due to federal activities request financial assistance by completing an annual application.
