time period, they must resubmit to OMB under the normal PRA
clearance process for a three year approval.

To accommodate the changes to
the TGAAA (revised the definition of an applicant under the TAAF
Program to include service sector firms and creation of the new
CTAA Program), the respondents, responses, and burden hours are
increased. Petitions espondents/responses from 173 to 673; burden
hours from 1,384 to 5,519. Proposals respondents/responses from
193 to 493; burden hours from 23,160 to 59,160.
