Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to require persons that have lost or had stolen their Intrastate Purchase of Explosives Coupon (ATF 5400.30) and to report such theft or loss to ATF within 24 hours of discovery. This collection of information is contained in 27 CFR 555.34
