The IRS needs your help with an important research initiative to improve IRS service to U.S. taxpayers who live outside the United States. In the next few days, you will receive a request to complete a brief questionnaire about IRS services. This study is an important one that will help the IRS identify gaps in international service and improve current services to U.S. taxpayers who live outside of the United States. The IRS has teamed up with Pacific Consulting Group (PCG) to conduct the survey.
