Customer: Michelle Pendzick (TE/GE)

Customer’s Justification for not removing the term “confidential” and replacing it with “private” or “anonymity.” Customer was informed of the required change.

“The federal government is under a Continuing Resolution regarding FY2011 budgets at this time. Because of this, I cannot take on the task of revising all of our surveys at this time. Plus, it would put a halt to our survey program. We need a couple months lead time to revise our surveys.

It should be noted that as soon as TE/GE has the funds to revise their five mail surveys, the term “confidential” will be replaced with “privacy” on all 5 questionnaires.”

No date for revision could be obtained.
