The form number has been changed to conform to FEMA’s new form naming convention.
There has been a decrease in burden for this collection. (Number of Respondents, Annual Time, and Annual Cost) although the Annual Cost decrease is affected by the addition of the 1.4 multiplier now used on all collections. The number of respondents has decreased, leading to a reduction of the total annual time burden.
The training component has now been added into the burden of FEMA Form 003-0-1 as it is a part of the form burden; there is no actual information collection occurring during the training.
The annual cost to the Federal Government has increased due to the use of the 1.4 multiplier on the wages.
