Approved consistent with the understanding that FNS will continue to work closely with OMB for approval under the PRA of the Food Programs Reporting System (FPRS). When that data entry system is approved as a reporting instrument, the burden for the various programs using the SF-425 will be captured under the FPRS collection and subtracted from the program-specific ICRs.

The FNS-366A is used by State agencies to request Federal funding of State administrative costs to operate the Food Stamp Program. The FNS-366B is used to report Program activity. The data is used for monitoring.
This is a revision of a currently approved collection. The burden hours have increased from 3,262 to 7,537. The reason for the increase is due to accounting for burden for the SF 425 (which was previously approved under the SF 269 [OMB Control Number 0348-0039], but will now be included as part of this FNS collection.)
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
