The number of responses decreased from 929 to 816 = 113 reduction; and recordkeeping cost decreased from $49,000 to $41,737.50.
The adjustment in burden hours is due to an increase of inspections (11 to 21) conducted by the international Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons since the previous submission.
