DOD must
resubmit this package at the final rule stage. Elements to discuss
in the final rule package include transmission of the data
electronically, a discussion of how information is verified during
the application process, and the process by which an applicant can
appeal a DOD's decision with regard to the program (if there is
one). OMB is also interested in how DOD generate the questions they
are providing to respondents regarding the assessment of the
program.
