Short Statement: The significant decrease in the number of respondents is due to the result of HUD's Management and Marketing (M&M) contractors, and the loan servicers clearly conveying to mortgagors, the difficult and extensive financial criterial process necessary for approval of HUD 9539-Request for Occupied Conveyance.
