Abstract: Price Adjustments: The GSA Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) prescribes an economic price adjustement clause in Federal Supply Service MAS contracts. This clause is used to adjust MAS contract price and requires a MAS contractor to furnish certain pricing information when the MAS contractor requests a price adjustment under the MAS contract.

Short Statement: The differences that exist between the justifications for the collection as it previously existed and as it exists now are based on current data updating the number of FSS Schedule contractors and SOP contractors from a previous count of 6,557. An estimated annualized cost to the public is provided. Also, estimated annualized cost to the Government was increased to account for the increase in salary from a GS 5/step 4 to a GS 12/step 5.
