To collect the necessary information
needed to process State Governor requests for Secretarial natural
disaster designations.
The changes in burden resulted
by the number of Loss Assessment Reports received which vary from
year to year based on the type of disaster and funding that are
linked to counties having been declared a disaster area. Changes
will continue to occur as a result of number of Secretarial natural
disaster request received which themselves could result in an
adjustment upward or downward of respondents. The program change is
a bookkeeping change due to removing two IC's.
